The Sumangalam Home situated at Kharikasuli
under Morar Gram Panchayat at Bishnupur Block in the District of Bankura has
been established in the year of 1992 being transferred from Tumbani, in the
District of Birbhum. It is Government regulated Home. The Home is situated
about 6 K.M. from Bishnupur
Town on Bishnupur-Midnapore Road.
It is a Children’s Home with the capacity of 50 inmates.
In this home yoga, Pranayama and
Meditation Class are running like others activities i.e., Drawing, Dance,
Kerate, Football etc. For the kind intimation of SDO, Bishnupur and for the
betterment of the inmates of this Home in physically and mentally, Ananta
Smrity Bayamagar volunteers to practice Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation in
their yoga class from February 2012. Physical exercise and mental exercise are
needed to be a strong and healthy. Healthy body and mind only give us healthy
thinking. Thus, we will get a healthy world. Therefore, Yoga, Pranayama and
Meditation are very much needed for the inmates of this Home. The inmates are
also showing great interest in this new culture. It is believed that this
culture will help in upgrading the morale and physique of the inmates.

Home performed Yogasan, Pyramid, and Yoga Formation Yoga Dance in various
occasion like Celebration Republic Day and Independence Day, Bishnupur Mela and
Annual Samabartan of Ananta Smrity Bayamagar.
